Shipping policy

Sipping and Tracking Process

• After placing an order you will receive an email containing a receipt. (Check spam folder if you don't see it)
• It takes me about 1 week or more to process, package, and get orders ready for shipping. (Mystery Boxes might take longer so please be patient!) 
• Once your order is ready to ship I will create a shipping label. When shipping label is created a tracking link and number will be sent to you via email. (Check spam folder just in case)
• After a package is dropped off and scanned into the system by USPS or UPS it is no longer my responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact the postal service via tracking number/link!    
• Don't forget you are ordering from a small business and the process can be slightly longer than other big corporations. I take my time to make sure every item is packaged correctly and packaged with love!

International Shipping 

• Please allow 3-4 weeks for orders to be processed and delivered! So order accordingly!
• International shipping requires to go through customs so you might see a shipping delay or no updates but as long as it is still in “transit” you have nothing to worry about.
• Rarely there might be a surcharge for international shipments that require extra payment or fees in order for the package to be delivered when it arrives to your country. These fees will have to be paid by the recipient.
• I understand International shipping can be costly but I have no control over shipping costs! I try to keep it low at $28usd and I usually pay out of pocket for the rest.
