Shipping policy

Sipping and Tracking Process

• After placing an order you will receive an email containing a receipt. (Check spam folder if you don't see it)
• It takes me about 1 week or more to process, package, and get orders ready for shipping. (Mystery Boxes might take longer so please be patient!) 
• Once your order is ready to ship I will create a shipping label. When shipping label is created a tracking link and number will be sent to you via email. (Check spam folder just in case)
• After a package is dropped off and scanned into the system by USPS or UPS it is no longer my responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact the postal service via tracking number/link!    
• Don't forget you are ordering from a small business and the process can be slightly longer than other big corporations. I take my time to make sure every item is packaged correctly and packaged with love!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is temporarily paused due to high shipping rates. The cost of fuel has risen and so has the cost of international shipping. I will not be taking orders outside of the US for the time being. Thank you so much for understanding. I hope to ship outside of the US once again.
